Justin Christie
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Christie has served as Chief Operations Officer of the Company since January 2026. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for the Presto business since November of 2023. Prior to joining the Company, he spent more than five years in operations leadership roles with Klockner Pentaplast and twelve years with Clariant, where he held a variety of manufacturing and research and development roles. Mr. Christie holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Texas. He earned an MBA from Louisiana State University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified through UMS+.
